The corrective lenses are very helpful. The correction is within 0.5 diopter for each eye, I have mild astigmatism and my vision is much improved with the lenses. The googles fit my narrow face well and don't leak. The headband adjustment is challenging; you have to loosen and slide two straps (silicone?) on each side of a small buckle. I have mine adjusted to the maximum length and my hat size is pretty normal at 7 1/2. These wouldn't work for someone with a big head. Price is great.

My daughter can see while under water, and thus she no longer has headaches from straining her eyes to see. The kit includes ear plugs and a nose plug, which is a great value. Ear plugs are necessary to avoid "swimmers ears", a common discomfort for those who are often in the water. Nose plugs are just darn convenient and ensures my daughter enjoys diving under the water without the fear of getting water up her nose.
