Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have UPS, FedEx, USPS available for domestic U.S. shipments. An array of shipping options are available for those in a rush. For International shipments, we have FedEx, USPS, DHL Express, and UPS available.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Our lead time is 24 hours for most in stock products, even prescription masks. If the product is out of stock, an agent will notify you through email or phone call and discuss with you how to remedy the situation. Typically with free U.S. domestic shipping, you should expect to wait 5-7 business days (within the continental U.S. only). Transit times vary based on shipping method chosen.  
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx are all available at checkout for international shipments. Additional customs and duties are the responisbility of the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Our cut off time is 12 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time)
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Southern California.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Send us an email to info@getwetstore.com or give us a call at 818-913-3359 immediately after the order has been placed for modifications or cancellations to the order. If you have already received tracking information, please inquire about returns.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent upon shipping your package. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. 
Yes, prescription masks in their original packaging and unused (not submerged in water) can be exchanged or refunded within 45 days of the date of purchase.
