Promate Scope Mask with Corrective Lenses for Scuba and Snorkeling - MK245 RX

This company was good to work with. My face is narrower than all of the masks were meant for (4"), so I contacted the company for advice. They responded pretty quickly recommending this mask. I went with their recommendation, and it fits well. The lenses are also great - my vision is poor without corrective lenses, and I can see perfectly with these. It's overall a good quality mask. I have not tried it in the water yet, with it being the middle of winter, but I'm happy with the fit and the corrective lenses.

I have purchased 2 masks and snorkels--- first of all the product is awesome-- But the most important thing is---- the customer service went above and beyond---- I uploaded and old prescription and they were able to hold it and wait till I had the correct one uploaded. The quick response was outstanding and the shipping was super duper fast!!! This was so awesome! Would 200% recommend!

Get Wet Store shipped the mask the same day I ordered it. I had it in hand a couple of days later. I was really impressed with their customer service. I’ve used the mask on three dives so far and it’s worked beautifully. Comfortable fit and no leaks. My vision is pretty bad and I require +2.5 and +3.5 lenses. These were impossibly to find in a mask under $200 until I found the Promate prescription mask. At $75.00 I wasn’t expecting much, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

I love my new RX swim goggles. I am VERY far-sighted, and the goggles I recently purchased replaced a weaker prescription from many years ago. The quality is great, and the lenses are crystal clear. Even better is the customer service I received. I placed my order last-minute when I couldn't find my old goggles while packing for a trip to Mexico. I paid for 2-day shipping, but even though the order was shipped super-fast, it was delayed by the post office (thanks, USPS). I reached out to customer service, and they were couldn't have been more helpful. A second pair of goggles was sent to me by UPS overnight and arrived the day before my trip. This mask is exactly what I was wanting. Prescription is correct and the skirt around the mask is nice and soft and flexible. I used to take an old pair of glasses, took the arms off and tried to wedge them into my old mask. Not no more! This mask is awesome! Love it!!
