I purchased these for a save-a-dive kit that I'm putting together. I own Oceanic Viper fins that came with a rubber strap and was concerned that I could either lose or break a strap on vacation. I know I could probably just rent fins if that happens but it's always nicer to use your own stuff plus, if it breaks on the boat, you are out a fin until you get back.
These replacement straps are almost identical to the straps that came with the fins with just some cosmetic differences. I'm able to use these straps in the existing Oceanic buckles and the Oceanic strap fits into these buckles. These buckles clip onto the fins exactly the same way the original Oceanic buckles do as well.
