Impossible to write.
The slate is some kind of material that is incredible hard to write on. It works if you press super hard, but that will break the pencil. It feels like it’s just sliding around.

Works like it should!
Works perfect, although pencil is has cracks in it now. Not sure if it is just cheap or diving 100ft was enough for pressure cracks. Was also a bit bigger than I was anticipating, but that’s my fault.

Pen and paper in the shower got too messy
Grocery lists, novel plots, and the best road trip ideas come in the shower. I hang it from a suction cup on the wall and jot down things that come to mind. A little bit of toothpaste and elbow grease and the penciled notes disappear.
