Purchased a prescription mask, snorkel and fins for my Maui trip. I’m very nearsighted and was very happy with the mask. I could see very well and the fit was great. Unfortunately the snorkel was defective. Water leaked in thru the side of the mouthpiece so it was unusable. I had to purchase another snorkel at a snorkel shop on the island. The fins fit well but the material was so heavy, stiff and unforgiving they scrapped the skin off my feet leaving several big sores after just one day of snorkeling. I had to put those aside and rent fins from the shop.
The wrong item was sent, I have not received the correct item.
I have only used my mask and snorkel in a swimming pool in preparation for a trip to Mexico. So far I am thirlled with both. However, I ordered the size S/M fins and they are way too big for me, so I'm going to have to purchase neoprene socks to wear inside them. This will probably be okay as it will help prevent blisters. I wear a size 7 women's shoe and was surprised at how big the foot area of the fins are. Overall - great products! I'm super excited about being able to see underwater!
Great upgrade
The correction in the mask for my nearsightedness is very good. The snorkeling sets are high quality. The plastics have a soft, but durable feel. Overall, the quality is excellent and the mesh bags the sets include is very nice. Finally, customer service has been excellent.
