On a long planned trip to Hawaii, I had forgotten to buy a new mask. Almost at the last possible minute over a weekend, I tried to get information and was pleasantly surprised to get help. We had a great discussion via email and I decided to see if I could get this with only a few days. They got it to me 3 days early, and I tried it on. The mask was excellent. They included some instructions regarding how to clean the mask for best performance and it worked like a charm. Our trip was great, but this prescription mask worked better than many others I had over the years....the prescription they put on the lenses, fit my needs perfectly. My vision was great and possibly one of the best experiences with a mask. I am very picky about masks. They can make or break an adventure.
